Cyberuptive

Medium & large business

Real cybersecurity. Mid-market pricing. No offshore tier-1.

Hawaii and U.S. medium and large businesses without an in-house security team. We run a real SOC, harden your M365 tenant, manage vulnerabilities, and answer your cyber-insurance questionnaire — all at a price that fits a realistic mid-market budget.

Why we exist for medium and large businesses

Enterprise-grade tooling. Mid-market-shaped engagement.

Medium and large businesses are stuck between two bad options: cheap "monitoring" services that send alerts and walk away, or enterprise MSSPs whose minimum spend is more than your IT budget. We sit in the middle — Trellix and CrowdStrike-class detection, US-based analysts, and a co-managed model with your existing IT.

  • 24/7 SOC

Co-managed with your IT team. Real human triage, not just notifications.

  • EDR + active response

CrowdStrike Falcon or Trellix. Containment, not just alerts.

  • M365 hardening

    Conditional Access, MFA, Defender baselines.

  • Vulnerability management

    Continuous scanning + remediation tracking.

  • Phishing & training

Quarterly campaigns + role-based awareness training.

  • Cyber insurance support

    Questionnaire answers + supporting evidence.

  • IR retainer

24/7 incident response. Optional but recommended.

  • Quarterly business review

    Board-ready reporting + risk roadmap.

Honolulu and Diamond Head at golden hour

Cybersecurity with aloha

A real human answers when you call.

We are Hawaii-based. The phone is answered in HST hours. Your account team knows your name, your environment, and your business — not a ticket number. That is what aloha looks like in security operations.

Ohana, integrity, happiness. We sell those values by living them — they show up in how we run the SOC, how we triage at 2 AM, and how we deliver bad news without spin.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Don't see your question? Talk to a real person — we're 833-92-CYBER.

  • We're not a defense contractor. Do we really need a SOC?

If you have a Microsoft 365 tenant, payment data, customer PII, or a cyber insurance policy — yes. Attackers are not industry-specific. They are size-specific (mostly opportunistic) and identity-specific (anyone with M365 + remote access). You can co-manage the cost with your IT team. You cannot un-eat a ransomware event.

  • How does this fit with our existing IT team or MSP?

Cleanly. Most engagements are co-managed. Your IT team or MSP keeps owning helpdesk, end-user support, and project work. We own the security plane (SOC, EDR, identity, vuln management). Roles are documented in a RACI before kickoff.

  • How do you handle cyber insurance questionnaires?

We have answered hundreds. We give you the underwriter answers, the supporting evidence, and the technical write-ups your broker needs. If your renewal is coming up and you're staring at 14 pages of questions, send them over.

  • How much does this cost?

Typical 2026 mid-market managed SOC pricing runs $50–$200/user/month depending on coverage and stack. For a 50-person company, that lands in roughly $4K–$15K/month. We size to your environment — not a fixed package. Read our pricing buyer's guide.

  • What if we're not in Hawaii?

About a third of our customers are mainland US. The Hawaii base is a feature, not a constraint — HST shifts give you west-coast morning analyst coverage when most MSSPs are still booting up.
